Alan Holmes

Alan is an experienced waste manager and regulator having been around when duty of care was introduced back in 1992. He is a senior waste advisor at the Environment Agency’s national office working on the design of interventions within waste streams to reduce illegal waste management and influence more efficient use of waste as a resource. He leads on priority waste streams RDF, Tyres and Wood and well as on duty of care.
