Helen Todd is the Environment Agency’s Communication Manager with responsibility for Wessex and Devon and Cornwall.
Helen joined the Environment Agency in 2008. Prior to this she spent seven years in the Home Office, including three years as Communications Advisor to the Permanent Secretary, and Head of Communications at the National Offender Management Service. Helen’s 17 year communications career also includes roles in Local Government and private sector conferencing.
