Emma Howard Boyd is Chair of the Environment Agency. Emma joined the Environment Agency board in July 2009. Emma chaired the Audit and Risk Assurance Committee, sat on the Pensions and Flood and Coastal Risk Management Committees and was an Area Board Member. She was appointed as Deputy Chair in July 2015.
